The Natural Perfume Academy (NPA) offers certification for businesses in the natural perfumery field, aimed at upholding high standards of ethics, sustainability, and transparency. Certification Requirements

Certification Levels
NPA certification offers three levels based on the percentage of natural and ethical practices:
- Green Certification: 95-100% natural and ethical.
- Amber Certification: 75-95% natural and ethical.
- Yellow Certification: 50-75% natural and ethical.
Each certification level includes a digital badge for display on websites or products.
Certification Fees
- Initial Application Fee: €150, which will be applied toward the total certification fee.
- Total Certification Fee: Starting at €300, with the final amount based on the program’s complexity and scope.
- Annual Renewal Fee: A minimal yearly fee to maintain certification and listing.
Application Process

- Indicate whether you’re an NPA graduate, a graduate from another accredited program, or a practicing perfumer with experience.
- Note: If you are not an NPA graduate or a graduate from another accredited program, you will need to complete the NPA Certification Program before applying for business certification. This program provides foundational training tailored to natural perfumery, business, and ethical standards.
Submit Documentation and Portfolio:
- Provide supporting documents verifying your training and a portfolio showcasing your work in natural perfumery.
Assessment and Approval:
- Our team will review your application, evaluate your alignment with NPA standards, and confirm your certification level.
