Katrina Cochrane, founder of Archer Farrar Perfume Atelier, has devoted her life to the art of natural perfumery. With a passion for scents, plants, and creativity that spans decades, Katri
na’s journey began with an aromatherapy diploma from Nature Care College in 2003. After 12 years working in the wine industry, she returned to her true calling, earning her Diploma of Natural Perfumery in 2020 from the Natural Perfume Academy, where she studied under master perfumer Justine Crane.
From her Sydney studio, Katrina creates bespoke fragrances using only the finest essential oils, absolutes, and resins—no isolates—ensuring that all materials remain as nature intended. Her custom perfumes are handcrafted with sustainably harvested, high-quality plant materials sourced from around the world. She also offers a range of classic perfumes, available for selection during private client appointments at the Archer Farrar studio.
