NPA Individual Perfumer, Natural Perfumery Business and Educational Body Certificate Program Summary

The NPA Individual Perfumer, Natural Perfumery Business and Educational Body Certificate Program is designed to provide essential knowledge and certification for experienced perfumers, businesses, and suppliers who have not previously completed an NPA-certified curriculum.

Please note: This program provides a certificate license, not the NPA Diploma. Completing this program qualifies applicants for certification, but it does not replace the comprehensive NPA Diploma Course, which offers a full education in natural perfumery.

Certification Paths

To accommodate different experience levels and backgrounds, the NPA offers two main certification paths:

Path 1: NPA Diploma Course  (Comprehensive Certification Path)

Best For: Beginners or those new to natural perfumery seeking an in-depth, formal education in the field.

• What It Covers: This course offers a robust curriculum that encompasses the full spectrum of natural perfumery, ethical practices, and sustainability principles.
• Outcome: Graduates receive a formal NPA Diploma and are automatically eligible to apply for NPA certification license with lifetime recognition as an NPA-certified natural perfumer.
• No Annual Fees: Graduates can use their diploma to demonstrate certification without additional fees unless badge use is desired.

Path 2: Certification Program (Certificate License Path)

Best For: Practicing perfumers, business owners, and suppliers with experience in perfumery who have not completed an NPA-certified course.

• What It Covers: This program provides a foundational understanding of NPA standards and ethics, allowing experienced professionals to meet certification requirements without needing the full diploma.
• Outcome: Participants receive a certification license, which qualifies them to use the NPA badge and listing for one year, subject to renewal. This is a shorter, focused curriculum tailored to those who already have industry experience but need to meet NPA standards.

Certification Costs & Fees

For Qualified Applicants (Direct Certification Path – Path 1)

• Single Application Fee: €150
  Covers application processing, licensing for one year, and certification of one perfume.
• Annual Licensing Fee: €150 per year for badge use and continued support.

For Program Participants (Certificate License Program – Path 2)

• Program Fee: Special 50% discounted offer of €150 (includes course access, certification eligibility, and one-year licensing upon course completion)

Additional Certification Options

• Specific Perfume Certification: Additional perfumes can be certified for €50 each.
• Educational Certification for Schools: Custom packages available upon consultation, starting at €500.
