Welcome to NPA Certification Geolocation API (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

  • The App provides geocoding and geolocation services.
  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Do not attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality or security.
  • Do not use the App to gather or store unauthorized data.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Natural Perfume Academy.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without our written consent.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Maps APIs for geolocation and mapping. By using the App, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service, available here.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for violating these Terms or other reasons.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
